By using the CHARGERBIH platform, you accept these terms of use. The platform is used to browse, add and promote electric vehicle charging stations across Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Charging station data submitted by users (through the "Add a Station" form) is reviewed by an administrator before being published on the map. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of all data submitted by third parties — if you notice inaccurate information, please contact us.
It is prohibited to use the platform to submit false, offensive or malicious content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules.
Privacy Policy
When you fill out the contact form or the station submission form, we collect the information you directly provide (name, email, phone, and message content) solely to respond to your inquiry or process the station submission. We do not sell or share this data with third parties, except where required by law.
We retain data for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data — contact us via the contact form.
Cookies
The platform uses only functional cookies, necessary for the site to work:
- Language preference — remembers whether you selected the Bosnian or English version of the site (lasts 1 year).
- Session cookie — used only for admin panel login and form security (CSRF protection), deleted when you close your browser.
We currently do not use cookies for behavioral tracking, advertising, or third-party analytics. If this changes in the future, this page will be updated and we will request your consent where required.
